TrackNetPro Anti-Spam Policy:
TrackNetPro strictly prohibits the use of our online services to be involved with any type of distribution, transmission or delivery of spam emails. Any TrackNetPro account holder who is found utilizing our services in such an act of sending unsolicited emails is in direct violation of our anti-spam policy and terms of service. Any such violation will result in the immediate termination of the account holder including but not limited to liability for administrative, criminial or civil penalties and damages.
Definition Of Spam
Any type of unsolicited email or Unsolicited Commercial Email. TrackNetPro strickly prohibits the following in compliance with the U.S. CAN-SPAM ACT OF 2004 including but not limited to:
1. Any type of email sent through forged or invalid headers.
2. The use of TrackNetPro's domain name or any third party's domain name to transmit any email without consent.
3. Any type of email which includes a TrackNetPro URL within an unsolicited email.
4. Any type of email which includes a false or misleading subject line.
5. Any type of other means of fraudulent or deceptive emailing or misrepresentation.
Anti-Spam Legislation
The federal anti-spam law provides specific requirements for sending any type of commercial email and went into effect on January 1, 2004 allowing the federal government to enforce any violations of the law. Notifying TrackNetPro Of Spam
If you should receive an unsolicited email from a TrackNetPro account holder, please notify us immediately by using our Contact Page and select "Report Abuse" as the subject. Any complaint received will be investigated appropriately and additional assistance may be needed from you to deal with the issue of the complaint promptly.
